Dan is our Senior Camera Operator.

Dan joined the BBC aged 18 and worked as a sound recordist on both regional and national programmes. He trained as a camera operator whilst with the BBC before joining NTL in 2000 to work across a range of broadcast programming.

More recently Dan has been in demand by Sky Sports and can sometimes be found on the other side of Chris Kamara's camera at football matches as part of Soccer Saturday!

Highly experienced in all aspects of film, sound & lighting for video production, Dan will lead the crew on your project and is also available as a single camera operator for smaller productions.

Dan's first taste of television was working on BBC Look North. This led him to be part of the BBC News operation working across BBC News 24 and BBC news bulletins.

On Millennium Night, you might have spotted Dan on top of the Town Hall in Yarm filming for the BBC Millennium programme. Dan has also filmed most of the countries leading football stars for the BBC's Match of the Day and ITV's The Premiership.

Dan has also filmed at events as varied as The National Trust AGM, The Great North Run anniversary celebrations and the Evening Gazette Community Champions Awards.
