This video was produced for Redcar & Cleveland housing provider Coast & Country Housing. Commissioned by and featuring chief executive Iain Simm, it examines the six key values of the company and how staff can put these ideas into practice during their day-to-day work. The video was shown at a series of roadshow events for staff and customers staged throughout the spring and will also be used as part of the induction process for new staff.
