Darlington FC have announced plans for a multi-million pound development on the land surrounding their Neasham Road stadium. Working with developers B3, the football club commissioned 3 Point Media to produce a film detailing exactly what the plans are. An animation of how the site will look plays a key part of the film which also includes contributions from club chairman George Houghton and chief executive Jon Sotnick. The film is now being shown in the Darlington Arena reception area.
