The Enterprise Academy stage a Management Challenge every year as part of their work with local students. Backed by Middlesbrough FC, the Enterprise Academy help teenagers learn about running and operating a business. The Management Challenge DVD featured students from Macmillan College, Kings Academy, Middlesbrough College and St. Mary's College. The scheme will culminate in a presentation evening to be held at the Riverside Stadium where the DVD will be shown.
