This DVD was produced for Housing Hartlepool and followed a full day filming at a company conference in Wynyard Park. Chief Executive Cath Purdy attended the event to meet with staff and customers. The 'Breaking Down Barriers' initiative was hosted by former BBC Radio presenter Alan Wright who led the delegates in a series of exercises and interactive workshops. The DVD was also available online for those unable to attend the event.
